Teton Dam Run

Yesterday I was able to run in my first half marathon. What a great experience! It was a beautiful day and a lot of fun. I will definitely do it again. Here are some pictures Adam took of the event.

Computer and Sunshine

We have our computer back! We have actually had it back now since Friday, I am just a little slow at posting. It's great to have it working again! We are happy!

Happy also for the beautiful weather! Saturday was perfect! We went to Brolims (the local grocery store) where they were giving away 4 hot dogs for a $1, and free ice-cream! Who can beat that? We decided to take a picture and show you our excitement for the day.

Computerless

I work on the computer and last Wednesday I got up to start working in the morning and our Internet wasn't working. Perfect....

I tried to stay calm and not stress myself out too much about it and just enjoy a day off from working for four hours straight on a computer.

It was great, more time to study and do homework and get some things done, but I came home around 6:30 to a computer that would now not even turn on. We tried everything.....waiting patiently for an hour (ok, I guess maybe every ten minutes I was in there trying something new) and trying again thinking that magically it would turn on. No such luck.

Thursday.....computer still not working....

Friday....not working. So Adam took the computer in to the trusty computer shop downtown where we have gone to before. Same guy with long blond hair....very nice, very helpful, very smart.

The sad news.......our power supply and motherboard (yes, that is what it is called) are shot.

Good news........our hard drive is still alive....no information lost.

It can be fixed! We get our computer back tomorrow (I am sitting here at the school, where I am supposed to being studying for a test I have later today. I needed a break.), and we have been DYING! Who could believe it would be so hard to live without our dear computer! We miss you and are excited to have you back in our home tomorrow!

Utah weekend

We just got back from a fun week in Utah with Adam's family. It was so nice to have a break from school to visit with family and to just relax! But....of course our break has come to an end as we being our summer semester of school tomorrow. It's exciting to continue forward, and the end seems a little bit closer each time a semester ends and a new one begins. I just hope a little bit of warm spring weather will come SOON!

Way To GO Dad!

Congrats to my Dad who ran in the 10 mile Pear Bloosom run in Medford today. He did great, and it has motivated to me to run in one of the Teton Dam races here in June. Hopefully someday we can do one together! Great job Dad, and keep on runnin'!
