Ruby's Blessing

Back when we were in Utah for Thanksgiving we blessed Ruby. My parents were visitng my Grandma for Thanksgiving, as well as my brother and sister-in-law so it was perfect timing. My other sister-in-law has a baby just a few weeks younger than Ruby, and they blessed her the same day. We were so thankful to have most of our family there for our sweet baby's blessing. Thanks Corinne for the beautiful pictures. And thanks to my amazing and talented aunt who made Ruby's beautiful dress......it was perfect.

Quality Time

While Adam was home for Christmas break we had lots of time to spend together. We didn't get much snow, but when we did Adam and Gavin headed out to play. They went sledding a few times, and built a snowman. I took my turn with little G on the tube, but spent most of my time with Ruby..... watching from the car all bundled up.

I believe they are enjoying a little Toy Story in this photo.

And, just because she's cute.....a little Ruby photo.

Gavin Ramblings and Little Cuties

My little G-man is constantly talking. It's pretty funny to listen to him. Most of the time I know what he is saying, but sometimes he just gets going and I am just as lost as everyone else. Some of his most common phrases at the moment:
Les go mama
Wuby Cwy
Lay by you mommy
I wuv you mama
mmm hmmmm
what doing dad/mom?

He sure is cute....and so is his little sister. I think this picture is so funny.

Welcome 2012

Alright....so it is now a few weeks into the new year and I am just getting around to this post. I love the feeling of a fresh start and a new year. I have made my list on ways to improve, and things to accomplish and I am excited for all this new year has to bring. This year is going to be an interesting one with Adam gone four months out of the year on externships. Although I am not looking forward to it AT ALL.. I am ready. This picture pretty much sums up how I feel about him leaving. Here's to a new year and new adventures.
