Birthday Boy

I can't believe my little guy is a year old!

Here are a few things that Gavin loves:

being outside

cheese, grapes, pineapple, watermelon

playing in the water

being chased by his mommy and daddy

climbing the stairs

looking at books

taking baths

exploring everything

dancing to music

playing with his food

snuggling with his mommy before bed

being tickled
swings

And a few things he can do:

wave goodbye

walk

climb in and on everything

throw balls

 

 

Special Visit

We were lucky enough to have my brother Phil here for the weekend. He just finished working in North Carolina for the summer and was able to stop by for a few days on his way back home across the country. It was so fun having him here, even though it was much too short of a visit. Gavin loved his uncle Phil....and Phil sure knew how to make him laugh.

 

Saturday we went to the splash park for baby G's birthday (more on that later). Gavin was in heaven and could have stayed there all day. This boy loves the water.

 Thanks for staying with us Phil. We had so much fun and we miss you already!

We Have a Walker!

The past month or so Gavin has started taking one or two little steps, but the past few days he has taken off. He still prefers crawling, but everyday he walks a little more. It's so cute to see him wobble around.

Another year down. Adam turned 27 today! Look at these two handsome guys...I'm a lucky girl.
